Groups with their own rules
On Business and Enterprise, administrators sort members into groups in the admin console. For each rule a group follows the organisation or keeps its own, so one team can have other models, other tools or other redaction. Types the organisation locks stay redacted in every group, and members see the rules that apply to them under Governance.
A topic needs five people
A topic appears in Insights once five people have used it, so a keyword never points to one person.
Every look at the audit log is recorded
When an administrator opens or searches conversation content in the audit log, it is recorded who did it. The search term is not stored.

Claude Opus 5.5 and Sonnet 5.5, GPT-6 Sol and Luna, Grok 4.7 and GLM 5.3 replace the models before them. Sonnet 5.5 costs the same as Sonnet 5. GLM 5.3 runs at Mistral in the EU.
Another model answers when one is down
If a model fails before it answers, the model in your lineup with the closest benchmark score answers instead, never in a zone with weaker data protection. The chat names the model that answered. Administrators can switch this off under Allowed models.
Qwen and Kimi are switched off
Alibaba publishes no retention period and answers to a Chinese parent company, and Moonshot's terms allow training on customer content. No model we offer answers to Chinese law.
Mistral runs in the EU
Mistral Small, Mistral Medium and GLM 5.3 are called in Mistral's EU region, so they run only in EU and EFTA data centres.
Images are sent as they are
Redaction and Guardrails check text and documents. An attached image goes to the AI model as it is, without the location, time and device details the file carries. Administrators decide whether images may be attached.

Searches, thoughts and tasks under an answer stay folded until you open them, one level per click.
Export your data
On a personal account, Export my data under Settings, General saves your account, conversations, memories and activity as one readable file.
Conversation titles are encrypted
Titles and project names are encrypted with your own key, like messages, files and memories.
A personal account keeps no audit log
A personal account has no audit log to read, so your conversations are no longer copied into one.
